Quotes and payment
- All project quotes are fixed-price unless otherwise stated.
- Projects typically require 50% payment to begin and 50% upon completion or launch.
- Payment terms, accepted methods, and refund policies are detailed in the individual project agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide necessary content, access, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have rights to any materials (text, images, logos, trademarks) you provide.
- Review deliverables and raise concerns within the agreed review period.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, the client receives ownership of the custom work produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to use general methods, frameworks, and code patterns developed across projects.
Limitations of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Changes and cancellations
Project scope changes may require a revised quote. Cancellations after work has begun may forfeit the deposit based on work completed.
